The Associate Global Quality Documentation is responsible for supporting the implementation and improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Global Quality Documentation Systems - Support implementation and improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team.
- Training - Support training on new systems and processes. Develop and maintain global documentation training materials, schedules, and records.
Support knowledge management of global document teams identifying and addressing training needs.
- Project Team Member - Key team member for integral documentation projects.
- Customer Support - Interact and respond to customers as necessary in a professional and positive manner leading to a positive experience for our customer in every interaction.
Mandatory requirements: (keep it up to 7 max)
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Bachelors or Associates degree or demonstrated experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.
- Confirmed ability to work well independently with mínimal supervision; actively seeks mentorship when needed to maintain progress on assignments.
- Experience leading and/or working on projects.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training.
