**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and expand a dynamic network of entrepreneurs and strategic partners.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing network retention and sustainable growth.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, training sessions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Design and lead marketing campaigns to drive network engagement and expansion.
- Develop and deliver high-quality promotional and educational materials tailored to network needs.
- Offer personalized consulting and support to partners on business development, sales strategies, and marketing best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication,



or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network development, marketing, or related areas.
- Proven ability to lead and expand networks or communities.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in organizing events and executing marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of the natural products or wellness industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
