Position Summary
Job Functions:
- Performs installations, diagnostics and corrective procedures during communication and gaming related equipment installations and peripheral malfunctions.
- Maintains and secures assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, subassemblies, parts and supplies
- Follows defined escalation procedures in reporting problems or repair issues
- Must comply with all safety procedures and any additional state licensing regulations as applicable
Position Requirements
- Must ability to work versátil shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Must be available to work mandatory and as needed overtime
- Technical experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows programs
- Adhere to departmental dress code
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate well team members
- Ability to continuously learn
