**Description**
**Accountabilities**
- Process our employees' payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including tax laws, wage and hour laws, and other payroll-related regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll data and records, including employee information, timesheets, and other relevant payroll documents.
- Timely resolve employee payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and concerns.
- Stay abreast of all payroll-related laws and regulations and make recommendations for changes to policies and procedures as needed.
- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers and stakeholders.
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college,



preferably in a job related major field of study
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
**Working Conditions**
- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday. There may be a need for occasional work after hours or weekends.
- This position may require mínimal travel up to 10% of the time.
