Job Description Summary
Performs complex technical work such as the design, manufacture and operation of structures, machines and systems under broad supervision and guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Develop validation strategies
2. Develop documentation for Packaging processes
3. Collaboration with RA, OEM, clinical, external labs, R&D; and Corporate Packaging department
4. Design of experiments
5. Process Characterization Analysis
6. Strategy to Implementation/Validation of new Materials
7. Performs work of some higher technical level for continuing training purposes.
8. Works on special projects, writes ECN's, and creates prototypes under broad direction.
9. May have authority over NCMR’S.
10. Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS




- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical field related to the department of assignment or industry with five years previous related experience.
- Advanced English level
- Medical industry prior experience, along with experience in medical regulations
- Statistical Quality Controls (SPC's) experience
- Strong knowledge in process capabilty
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Knowledge in: Burts Test, Leak Test, Pull Test
