**Role Description/Purpose**:
Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact in customer service and education? We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to provide essential administrative support to our Customer Service Team, Exams, and Teaching Centre.
This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality services to both internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless experience in line with general customer service standards of excellence.
In this role, you will support the team in achieving strong registration results, helping the British Council meet financial targets. Your ability to engage with prospective customers will be vital, as you will generate interest in our Exams and English Language courses by arranging placement tests, consultations, trial sessions, and demo lessons.
**Role Accountabilities**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support customers across British Council services, ensuring a seamless interaction in line with our standards and service strategies.
You will work towards sales targets while administering placement tests and providing consultation services. Acting as the Single Point of Contact for prospects,
you will guide them from their first enquiry to final registration, ensuring a smooth journey. Cross-selling British Council services and identifying opportunities for engagement will be part of your daily interactions, alongside making outbound calls to prospective customers and conversions.
Proficiency in key systems such as CRM platforms and online booking tools will allow you to maintain records accurately and support financial processes, including income collection and receipt issuance. Collaboration is essential, as you will work with the wider Sales and Customer Management team to ensure exceptional service delivery and business growth.
You will also engage in performance management programmes and support key events such as Open Days, Parent Events, Seminars, and promotional activities. From time to time, additional tasks may be assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Centre.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essentials**
- Technical, Technological or Professional Degree.Minimum of 2-year’s working experience in customer service-related areas.
**Desirables**
- Customer Service and sales related qualifications.
- Tele-sales experience.
- Face to face sales experience.
- Education sector experience.Knowledge of CRM.
**Important Information**:
**Language requirements**:
- Desirable written and oral communication skills in English - B1 or B2 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Good written and oral communication skills in Spanish (CEFR C1).
**Location**:Mexico City - Sede Polanco (Colonia Chapultepec Morales).
**Salary Range**:starting with 20,664.00 MX$ per month.
**Contract type**:Indefinite after 3 months of probation.
**Working Hours**:Morning and afternoon rotational shifts, 5 days per week between Mondays and Saturdays.
