**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **_Collaboration with Hiring Managers:_**_ Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, qualifications, and team culture. Advise on recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals._
- **Diversity & Inclusion**: Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair, equitable, and inclusive recruitment process.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and work to streamline and enhance efficiency. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best recruitment practices are in place.
**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION**
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
**EXPERIENCE**
- _Minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles in a variety of industries or job functions._
- _Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar, and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)._
**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- _Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)_
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high volume of recruitment activity._
- _Strong organizational skills and attention to detail._
