**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Loan Officer’s calendar, follow-up tasks, and communication
- Assist in gathering borrower documentation and pre-underwriting files
- Submit files to processing and follow up on outstanding conditions
- Communicate with clients, realtors, title companies, and internal teams
- Maintain CRM systems and update loan file statuses
- Track important deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in **English** and **Spanish** (written and spoken)




- Experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Strong administrative or virtual assistant background
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRMs, cloud tools, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to work U.S. hours (typically Central or Eastern Time Zone)
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup
Pay: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
