ualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related fiel
5+ years’ experience, with 4+ years’ experience in leadership roles
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective decision-making skills
Experience in leading Continuous Improvement Projects
Experience in using Power BI to create dashboards and reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office
