About the job
The objective of the **Preforms Assoc Mgr** position is to develop and drive the strategy for the assigned categories, working together with internal and external multifunctional teams to make INNO, PTY, BCP, and Sustainable projects a reality. Additionally, the associate manager must ensure compliance with Danone's policies and strategies related to environmental and social risks in the supply chain, and contribute to achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives set for each semester.
- Develop and drive the strategy for the assigned categories, working with internal and external multifunctional teams to carry out innovation (INNO), productivity (PTY), business continuity (BCP), and sustainability projects
- Conduct market analysis and update dashboards and Capacheck for their own categories (ADP, GPS, Market, Horizon)
- Develop and execute tenders according to the category strategy using e-sourcing tools.
- Contact and align with general and local multifunctional teams, and report to the immediate superior.
- Ensure compliance with Danone's policies and strategies related to environmental and social risks in the supply chain.
About you
University Graduate Level (mandatory).




Engineering Career/Business Administrator Career (desire)
Language: Spanish and English Written & Spoken (mandatory).
2 year Experience in Procurement (desire) Convince & Influence.
Very Good communication and presentation skills. Self-driven, Very Good organization capability.
Objective results oriented. Strong analytical skills and use of Excel.
Improve networking & generate ownership.
Ability to work with people of different backgrounds. Team spirit, open mindset, curious.
