**Position Mission**:Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of energy markets and forecast of electricity prices.
**Your Impact**:As Power & Gas Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
- Monitor and analyze daily conditions of the power and gas markets (news, gas prices, electricity prices, regulation and other indexes).
- Execute and maintain the price projection models (Power, Capacity, CEL, Curtailment) with minimum supervision, and provide modeling solutions that satisfy the continuous requirements of internal stakeholders.
- Lead junior analysts on de development and execution of power market analysis.
- Update internal data bases and create visualization tools for different data sets and business purposes, using Power Bi, Python, Apps and other tools.




- Participate in the solution of special requirements from internal clients (congestion, price correlations, etc.).
- Contribute to the continuous digitalization of the processes of the area and internal clients.
- Assist with analysis of insights, storytelling, and report creation to support internal and external clients in understanding complex issues.
- Monitor regulatory publications and changes and create reports and insights to reflect the potential impacts on the company businesses.
**Requirements**:To join our team as Power & Gas Specialist, we are looking for:
**Education**:Engineering, Business
**Technical Skills**:Required: PLEXOS, Power Bi, Office Package (Excel, Power Point). Preferred: Python or R
**Key Competencies**:Team player, attention to details, analytic, good communicator (oral and in writing).
**Languages**:Advanced English
