**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for the plant, as well as the annual budget (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow), working closely with operational areas to meet deadlines according to central and SBU areas' calendars.
- Monitor and control vigente variations against budget, forecasts, previous year, and MPC (quotations) through variance analysis.
- Manage and oversee the plant's expense control system (SPX), including budget allocation, transfers, increases, approvals, and system configuration.
- Track and analyze the results from investment projects (CAPEX) and/or tooling against budget and forecasts.
- Validate savings initiatives and assess their impact on financial statements.
- Provide support for new projects and quotations, as well as price economic recovery with internal customers (Value Proposition & Commercial).
- Perform ad hoc analyses of business questions, providing complete and accurate data to support the decision-making process.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks, including entering manual journal entries in Oracle, accrual supports, and reports.
- Monitor compliance with Metalsa and Proeza internal control policies and collaborate with external auditors.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Offer financial information and analysis for strategic business reviews at local, regional, and global strategic meetings.
- Supply analytical information on the financial results of the plant to relevant stakeholders.
- Meet deadlines for budget and forecasts calendars with accuracy and reliability.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial information management, budget preparation, and monitoring.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with processes similar to Metalsa.
- Proficiency in Oracle and other financial systems.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Expertise in budget systems and forecasting.
- Competence in financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Competency in PowerPoint, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, and Hyperion.
