**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Write, Refactor, and Test Code: Ensure code quality by adhering to established standards and procedures, including the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing software.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide formal and informal training, mentorship, and guidance to other developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Process Improvemen **t**: Identify and recommend improvements to coding standards, development processes, and automation tools for software releases.
- Estimates and Timelines: Accurately estimate work efforts and deliver projects on time with high quality.
- Develop Tools: Build, analyze, and maintain tools that support and automate software and hardware product release processes.
**What You Will Likely Bring**:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with C#, SQL, Entity Framework, and RESTful services.
- 2+ years of experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, Java, Typescript, Bootstrap, Angular, and JSON
- Experience with modern development practices such as Scrum, CI/CD, TDD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage complex challenges.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and industries.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
