**Education**: Electronic Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
English 80%.
Experience: 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality and processes electronic or Supplier Quality Engineer (Essential)
**Knowledge : (Essential)**
- Quality System (ISO 9000, TL9000 & TS16949).
- Fundamental System (ESD, MSD, 5´S, Process Audits).
- Quality Process Knowledge: SMT, PTH, Test Process, Mechanical Integration, Final Quality Audit, OBA.
- Quality Basics Follow-up, 7 Basic Quality Tools
- QCP & FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, CIMA, PDCA, IPC610A,
- 8Ds Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis.
- Lean Six Sigma, Green or black belt certification.
- Data Analysis: 4Qs Reports,



Supplier Performance Evaluation, Customer Reports Preparations, Yields & Failure Rate Analysis
- Incoming process, Calibration Process, Reliability Test.
- Microsoft Office Package, Minitab or Equivalent.
- Knowledge & using: Oracle & Agile Systems
- Supplier audit, Internal Audit & Customer Audit Attendance
- Non-Conforming Material Handling, MBR, RTV Knowledge process.
**Specific functions**:
Supplier Quality Material Assurance, Compliance & Aligned with customer requirements, workmanships. Driving & Handling Supplier Corrective Actions Plan Base on Supplier Quality Performance ensuring their response on time. Lead the continuous improvement process by identifying key indicated Process, Opportunity Improvement Areas, gaps on supplier quality process.
Positive, proactive, Leadership, problem solving capability, technical and assertive communication, responsibility, environmental teamwork, improvement quality management. Develop and specify the implementation of standards, inspection methods, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of quality products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas, Data Analysis for Supplier Quality Improvement Process. Selects, Develops & Evaluates employees performance.
