We're looking for an **Accounts Payable Analyst** who’s technically savvy, eager to troubleshoot, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll support AP operations across multiple systems, work with automation tools, respond to requests from suppliers and internal teams, and play a key role in audit support and ERP configuration. **What You'll Do**
- ** Monitor and configure purchase order and batch job processes**; troubleshoot errors and delays
- Provide **functional support for AP automation tools** (e.g., **Xtracta**, **Power Automate**), partnering with **IT and external vendors**:
- Support **audits** by gathering transaction records, screenshots, and documentation from current and legacy systems
- ** Maintain ERP configuration** related to AP (e.g., payment terms, workflow, check signatures)
- Participate in **special projects** and act as a **backup for AP Clerk responsibilities**:
- Maintain **AP documentation** and support **ongoing process improvements**
**What You Bring**
- ** 2+ years of experience** in **Accounts Payable** or a related finance role
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, **Outlook**, **Teams**, and other **Microsoft 365 tools**:
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft D365** and **AX2012**:
- Strong knowledge of **accounting principles**, with a focus on **accuracy and compliance**:
- ** Technical aptitude** and ability to **configure or support financial systems**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or **equivalent experience**:
- Experience in a **manufacturing/distribution** or **high-volume, multi-location environment** is a plus
- Advanced **English** Level
