**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:
Receive and process orders from account executives promptly.
Ensure accurate entry of orders into the system.
**Sourcing and Pricing**:
Identify and source products from approved suppliers.
Obtain competitive pricing and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
**Logistics Coordination**:
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor shipment schedules and address any logístical challenges that arise.
**CRM Management**:
Update CRM systems with order details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and order history.
**Purchase Order Execution**:
Prepare and execute purchase orders based on confirmed orders.
Verify order details and confirm placements with suppliers.
**Communication**:
Liaise with account executives, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide regular updates to account executives regarding order status.
**Problem-Solving**:
Address any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly.
Implement solutions to improve order processing efficiency.
**Work Hours**:
Monday to Friday,
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (including a 1-hour lunch break).
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in the construction supply industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps; 15 Mbps or more preferred).
A quiet home office environment free from background noise.
A desktop or high-performance laptop running Windows 8 or newer, with at least 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of free hard drive space.
