**Join Our Team as a Marketing Coordinator at CFS!**
At CFS, we believe in creating a workplace where every team member thrives. We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in lead generation to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.
**What You’ll Do**
- Implement strategies to drive traffic, capture leads, and optimize conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and marketing funnels to improve lead quality and **increase conversion rates**.
- Analyze key performance metrics (**CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, ROI**) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track, segment, and nurture leads effectively.
- Conduct **market and competitor research** to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support retargeting, upselling, and nurturing efforts to maximize sales potential.
- Report on **lead generation** and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate lead sources and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (**Google Analytics/Ads certifications are a plus**).
**What We Offer**:
**✔** Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am a 5:00pm)
✔ Salary: $20,000-$25,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
