**Tasks and Responsibilities:Daily Production Processes**
- Support various production areas in process-related matters to optimize quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Maintain, repair, and prevent failures in plant testing equipment.
- Create work instructions, operating procedures, and testing machine instructions.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality, efficiency, and robustness of testing processes, suggesting improvements to department managers and the operations director.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Improve the use of the Aegis/FLx system (production routing, defect reporting and repair, production tracking, enhancements to work instructions).
- Report to the Engineering Manager on project status, achievements, and planning.
**Special Projects**
- Initiate and integrate new production processes upon management request.
- Perform process validations and first article inspections, documenting findings for customer feedback and internal improvements.
- Act as coordinator for New Product Introduction (NPI) and the EDS program, providing technical guidance on process control.
- Conduct verifications in critical production processes (e.g., cleaning, wave/flow soldering) as part of ongoing improvement efforts.
- Support customer-requested process-related special projects.
**Quality Projects**
- Assist the Quality Department in creating and maintaining templates for FMEA, PPAP,



Control Plans, etc.
- Collaborate in resolving process issues requiring corrective actions (CAR, SCAR, 8D).
- Participate in the implementation of new quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GR-78).
- Monitor and analyze performance and defect data, conduct root cause analysis, and develop short
- and long-term solutions in coordination with technical, project, quality, and training teams.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain material traceability.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in electronic product manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and high personal motivation.
- Knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and process analysis tools.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across departments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
