**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
Managing and analyzing inventory levels to ensure they meet the demand of production and customer needs while minimizing waste and storage costs. The role involves tracking inventory movement, forecasting needs, and implementing strategies for inventory optimization.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Managing the ordering process, placing orders with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to prevent disruptions in operations.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers, Buyers, and Senior Management to ensure the accurate and timely processing of inventory orders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Overseeing stock quality and addressing any issues related to damaged, expired, or defective goods.
- Review and manage stock reorder levels and reorder quantities.
- Identify patterns in inventory discrepancies and offer solutions for improvement.
- Maintain inventory records using inventory management software and tools, generating reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure inventory processes comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs.
- Manage inventory allocation by assessing, directing,



and scheduling pickup locations for transfers and shipments to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Identify invoice discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve invoice issues in Medius Flow.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus.
LOCATION: Remote work is available for this position. To be eligible, you must be a Mexican citizen and reside within Mexican territory.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in supply chain management and logistics.
- Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain software tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
