**How will you make an impact in this role?**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process, investigate, and resolve a wide variety of operational cases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Coordinate and execute back-end fulfillment activities related to customer or internal requests (e.g., order processing, data entry, system updates, documentation handling).
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, errors, or process gaps; provide regular insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or improve back-office workflows and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives.
- Liaise with customer service, Compliance and other lines of business to resolve complex cases or issues efficiently.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal standards, operational guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all cases, transactions,



and interactions in internal systems or databases.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office, operations, or case-handling role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and comfortable working with internal tools / systems.
- Ability to work independently.
