You will provide management representation in administering the provisions of agreements between union and management.
- You will counsel management in the interpretation of agreements and act as management representative in dealing with the union.
- You will exercise independent discernment within general policies and procedures established by agreements; receiving some direct mentorship from supervisor.
- You will advise management and other plant personnel on matters related to union management relationships.
- You will administer contractual provisions in area of responsibility.
- You will maintain records pertinent to the labor relations activity.
- You will communicate with management on developments which could interrupt operations.
- You will play a principal role in local negotiations.
- You will share regular labor relations updates.
- You will drive the activities of various departments involved in resolving employee grievances.
- You will conduct special investigations as needed.

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 70% English level is required. Conversational and written English is required for meetings with North America and Canada.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology, Legal or related to Labor / Human Resources.
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, day and night shifts(4X3)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Labor.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources as a Generalist.
- Desirable experience in handling systems: WORK DAY / KRONOS / ADP.
- Knowledge of Mexican LFT and dealing with Unions.
