**Role Overview**
We’re looking for highly organized, detail-oriented **Post-Production Associates** to support our imaging pipeline. These team members will handle foundational editing tasks that directly contribute to final deliverables across our virtual staging and immersive media services. This is **not a creative blending or lead retouching role**, but a critical support position that ensures speed and quality as we scale our production engine.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Virtual Staging Prep**: Package and organize images and metadata for the virtual staging team, ensuring assets are correctly labeled and categorized.
- **Runway / FrameFlow Pipeline**: Process image sequences through AI-assisted tools like Runway, ensuring output files are ready for video integration.
- **Video Editing Support**: Assist in editing and assembling immersion videos using **Adobe Premiere**, based on pre-defined templates and storyboards.
- **File Management**: Maintain structured file organization and naming conventions for seamless handoffs between departments.
- **Quality Control**:
Perform basic QC on files to flag any issues before they move into final retouching or delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere** (basic to intermediate level).
- Understanding of image formats, resolution, and file structure best practices.
- Experience with real estate or architectural photography is a plus.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
