**Order Management Specialist Job Summary**:
responsible for overseeing the entire order process, from intake to fulfillment, for our electronic products.
- **Order Processing and Management**:
- Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately into the order management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms).
- Cross-check orders for accuracy, including pricing, product specifications, delivery terms, and customer details.
- **Customer Coordination**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order updates, confirmations, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
- **Inventory & Fulfillment Support**:
- Monitor and resolve any order fulfillment issues, such as shortages, substitutions, or damaged goods.
- **Data Accuracy & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate order records in the order management system, including updates on order statuses, cancellations, and adjustments.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to improve communication and visibility into customer needs and business priorities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or a related role,



preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and order entry processes.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with international customers or in a global environment.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics processes.
- Understanding of electronic components, devices, or supply chains related to the electronics industry.
