**Your Role**
Based in **Mexico City or Guadalajara**, you’ll be our next **Carrier Development Representative** focused on **Intra-Mexico shipments** (Embarques Nacionales). You’ll develop and manage carrier relationships, secure coverage for freight, and negotiate rates while delivering superior service to our clients.
**What You'll Be Doing**-




- Source and secure capacity for domestic freight movements- Negotiate competitive rates aligned with market conditions- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and drivers- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence- Occasionally meet with carriers in person to strengthen partnerships
**What We're Looking For**- Bilingual **English & Spanish**1+ year experience** in logistics or transportation- College degree preferred- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Sales-oriented mindset and relationship-builder- Organized, driven, and self-motivated- Positive and solution-focused attitude
