About this opportunity:
Are you an early-career engineer with a passion for telecom infrastructure and a strong eye for detail? We’re looking for a Junior Site Construction Engineer to join our team and support the rollout of RAN/RBS site builds. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, indirectly supervising on-site construction while managing key documentation and supporting integration efforts—mostly from a remote role.
What you will do:
- Review and manage construction evidence from RAN/RBS sites
- Remotely follow up on construction progress and site installations
- Assist with work orders, reporting, and compensation tracking




- Support planning and quality assurance monitoring
The skills you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Work, Architecture, or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills (required)
- Interest and aptitude for reporting, data analysis, and documentation
- A basic understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) concepts
- Strong self-organization and time management
- Flexibility to work within changing schedules and project timelines
- Comfort with reading and interpreting technical documents
