**What**you will** do?**
You will ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and support of IT systems and infrastructure within a designated geographical area. Responsibilities include providing on-site support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware and software, as well as offering technical guidance and assistance to users.

- Effective communication with users and collaboration with IT teams will be essential to achieving seamless operations.
**What we look for**:
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of system maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various hardware and software platforms.
