**What you will do**
Manage the operational staff under your supervision in the assigned production areas by organizing and facilitating the necessary resources to achieve the performance indicators and production goals of your team in your area of responsibility.

- Manage the staff.
- Report using established formats and files.
- Manage and administrate necessary resources.
- Oversee the payroll of the staff.
- Promote continuous improvement.

- Ensure the quality of products.
- Lead support competencies for operations.
- Promote and ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate and manage the EADs.




- Know and ensure compliance with operational controls and/or work instructions of the CAS system (Quality - Environment - Safety) in your work area and those under your responsibility.
**What we are looking for**
- Degree holder.
- At least 5 years as a supervisor.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Knowledge of KPIs such as productivity and efficiency (calculation from financial and operational aspects).
- Management of major projects.
- Experience in managing staff under your supervision.
