**What will you do?**
- Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse for a mid-sized to small location. Ensure efficient warehouse operations and maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing effectively.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
