**What will you do?**
- Design and oversee the construction of civil and structural facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning and design.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop structural designs and specifications that meet project requirements.
- Perform structural analysis and modeling using industry-standard software to validate design decisions.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to designs, specifications, and safety standards.

- Utilize CAD and structural analysis software to prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to provide updates and address concerns.
- Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into designs,



aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff within the team.
**What are we looking for?**
**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Preferred**:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
