Role Description: Operations & Strategic Planning Manager Mexico (supporting LATAM)
LATAM Responsibilities (30%)
- Align and support BeiGene commercial operations in LATAM, track performance, and facilitate our periodic business reviews.
- Conduct business intelligence activities and obtain insights to support a strategic decision-making process based on trends. Reinforce goal tracking and teamwork engagement.
- Manage and improve processes within LATAM, including Business Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Incentive Plans, and Demand / Supply process.
- Oversee procurement, purchase orders, and change control management processes. Serve as a liaison with other functions.
- Develop and support LATAM Governance process, including monthly reports, market analysis, and planning cycles (LRP; AOP). Facilitate Executive Committee meetings, employee meetings and conventions, managing logistics, agenda, and presentations.
- Liaise with local business partners and distributors to maximize growth in small markets under a compliance environment.
- Manage special projects such as regional name change from BeiGene to Be One Medicines; development of BeiGene LATAM websites (Argentina, Mexico, others); SAP Procurement implementation (Purchase orders); etc.
Mexico Responsibilities (70%)
- Operations:
- Annual National Sales Force Meetings, coordination, logistics, contracting, payments, etc.
- 3PL Management: MAYPO contract follow up / update, Logistic Operations.
- Importation logistic process to Mexico: GAMEX / WORLD COURIER.
- Package legends printing, coordination with 3PL.
- Academic Sessions IMSS / Virtual Sessions
- Annual Speakers Tour
- Speaker sessions: 16 events
- Events y congresses / process / POs / payments, Payment to Speakers.




- BeiGene Standalone annual medical event: STAR Forum
- Projects Management:
- Activation Plan New MAYPO site: Change MAYPO SMO to VANGUARDIA Campus Tlalpan.
- PSP launch coordination: On boarding procurement INDIE, follow up strategy and execution.
- OMNICHANNEL launch: Onboarding, initiation process.
- Travel: VB Travel Agency on boarding and management.
- Planning
- Management Team Meetings coordination, minutes follow-up and execution of open items.
- Annual Calendar management: Coordination of local meetings and activities in coordination with NM team: AOP, LRP cycles, Congresses, Regional and Local meetings.
- Sales Force Effectiveness:
- ICP Management (Sales Goals definition, SFE Metrics, Payments calculation and approval).
- Explorer system implementation, follow-up and management in coordination with GOBA.
