Materials Manager
The **Materials Manager** will oversee all aspects of materials and product flow, from planning and ordering to storage, control, and distribution, ensuring alignment with company needs and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement materials strategies using **Epicor ERP** to forecast needs, optimize inventory, and ensure continuous production.
- **Inventory & Logistics**: Manage material receipt, storage, and distribution, including inventory control systems and audits. Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely deliveries, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and develop the materials team, fostering continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, cost savings, and present recommendations to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in materials management, preferably in the **automotive industry**.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and relevant certifications (e.g., **APICS, CPSM**). Proficiency in ERP systems (**Epicor**), Microsoft Office Suite, and manufacturing software is desired.
- **Language**: Proficiency in **Mandarin and Spanish OR English** (written and verbal).
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ramos Arizpe, Coah. (Município de Ramos Arizpe): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
