**The Opportunity**
The Integral Early Talent Team is a collaborative, talented team of HR professionals driving functional excellence in the attraction, engagement, and hiring of early career talent across our diverse businesses.
**Your Impact**
As Early Talent Recruiter Assoc Analyst Mexico, your functions would consist of:
- Lead and influence business partners in the planning and continuous improvement of their college recruiting strategy, ensuring successful execution of all annual events, interviews, and processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, Universities, to build partnerships that yield consistent results, processes, and credibility.
- Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies.




- Direct contact with external parties (e.g. recruitment agencies, vendors and Universities).
- Adopt a process and performance improvement mind set at all times.
- Make strategic decisions to develop an attractive program to develop the interns in line with our culture.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in high-volume and professional-level roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hiring teams and provide strategic input
- Passionate about talent acquisition and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in developing a career in early talent recruitmentOverview (Secondary Language):
