**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Enable the delivery of maximum value from supplier contracts by acting as a key business partner. This role serves as the interface between Heineken and its strategic suppliers, driving relationship and performance management to support Heineken's Procurement ambitions.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Act as the business partner to internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers across 8 OpCos in the Caribbean & Andes region.
- Support the execution of Heineken’s Procurement strategy through supplier performance and relationship management.
- Consolidate and validate business requirements for sourcing events, working closely with local and general buying teams.
- Lead administrative execution of contracts in collaboration with sourcing specialists.




- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs; report results and proactively intervene to resolve performance issues.
- Manage supplier development programs focused on service, quality, and sustainability compliance.
- Resolve operational conflicts, ensuring win-win agreements between suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities and risks within contracts, and implement initiatives that generate value.
**Requirements**:
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, contract management, or supplier relationship management.
