Responsibilities: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (backend and frontend) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
- Architect and implement Java-based microservices using frameworks like Spring Boot
- Oversee frontend development with React and component-driven approaches (e.g., Next.js)
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web service solutions
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud solutions on GCP
- Collaborate with stakeholders effectively in Spanish, driving product goals and Agile development processes
- Foster a culture of technical excellence while aligning development efforts with user needs and product vision
- 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles




- Strong Java backend development skills and familiarity with frontend frameworks like React and Next.js
- Deep understanding of Java frameworks (Spring Boot) and microservices architectures
- Experience with databases such as Redis, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- Proficient in CI/CD practices, Git, containerization, and cloud platforms (especially GCP)
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Solid Agile experience, capable of guiding teams through product development lifecycles
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a product-focused mindset
