What you will do?
You will ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and support of IT systems and infrastructure within a designated geographical area. Responsibilities include providing on-site support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware and software, as well as offering technical guidance and assistance to users.
How you will do it?
You will perform regular maintenance checks, configure new systems, and ensure that all hardware and software components are operational and secure.




Effective communication with users and collaboration with IT teams will be essential to achieving seamless operations.
**What we look for**:
University degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of system maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with various hardware and software platforms.
