**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Design and implement customer specific adaptations.
- Participate actively in new product development (NPD) projects.
- Prepare specifications, analysis, and recommendations for current and new products.
- Participate actively in quality improvement activities
- Leading Control Change projects for product changes as required.
- Coordinate activities as needed it for support areas as Sample Shop, Packaging, Laboratory, etc.
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
- 2-4 years of experience in the design of mechanical products and components. Experience with HVAC products will be an advantage.
- Experience with 3D CAD (knowledge of Autodesk Inventor will be an advantage)
- Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.
- Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.
- Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing systems and processes.
