**Job Description**:
What will you do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material specifications meet design requirements.
Conduct materials testing and analysis to validate performance and compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain documentation related to materials selection, testing, and compliance.
Provide technical support for sourcing and procurement of materials, working alongside suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
How will you do it?
Utilize advanced materials characterization techniques and software tools to analyze and select appropriate materials.
Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to troubleshoot material-related issues and implement improvements.




Conduct research on new materials and technologies to support innovation and sustainability initiatives.
Prepare and present findings on material performance, compliance, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all materials handling and usage processes.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials engineering, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of materials testing standards and protocols, as well as relevant industry regulations.
Proficient in CAD software and materials characterization tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
