- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North._ _with deep expertise in direct sourcing, bill of materials (BOM) management, component sourcing, and manufacturer part numbers (MPNs). This role will be pivotal in driving sourcing efficiencies and digital transformation initiatives using Supplyframe solutions such as QuoteWin and Design-to-Source Intelligence (DSI).
- Reporting to_ _the Director, Information Technology, Business Systems Analyst role _w_ill bring experience from the _electronics_ or _purchasing industries_, have a strong background supporting _B2B SaaS platforms_, and be adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders_
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize sourcing processes related to BOM, component sourcing, and MPN management.
- Partner closely with procurement, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve sourcing strategies and supplier engagement.
- Gather and document business requirements, define workflows, and deliver process improvement initiatives.




- Translate complex technical solutions into easy-to-understand concepts and user documentation.
- Support system users with troubleshooting, configuration questions, and ongoing training needs.
- Collaborate with IT and software vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Monitor sourcing and quoting metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS_ _in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role.
- Prior work experience in the Electronics or Purchasing industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Supplyframe solutions, specifically QuoteWin and/or Design-to-Source Intelligence (DSI), strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, BOM management, components, and MPN structures.
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS environments and workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills; able to clearly explain complex systems and technical processes to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Baan, Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
