**Position Tittle**:HR Specialist
**OBJECTIVE**:Bring support day to day with HR operation to exceed expectations with our internal customers.
**JOB SUMMARY**: Carry out day to day HR Operation, supporting in all HR areas: Recruitment, HR employee administration, training and labor relations.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Recruitment for all levels.
- Payroll and all its implications.
- Support on hiring process (Request documentation, contracts review control).
- ID Cards Control.
- Orientation.
- Support on termination contract at Mexican Labor Court.
- Create and update employee records.
- Employee movements control.
- Training coordination.
- Recruitment indicator control.
- Support on Company events.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong Knowledge in: Interviewing based skills (STAR Methodology), verifiable experience in psychometric testing batteries, verifiable experience on Mexican Federal Labor Law.

**OTHER FUNCTIONS**:

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**: Education: A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or related field.
**Experience**: At least one year on Human Resources Department.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:Office (Excel advanced), Recruitment in all levels, interviewing based skills, mythology STAR, psychometric testing batteries, knowledge in Mexican Federal Labor Law, organization (mandatory), experience on training need analysis.
