**Position Tittle**:Accounting Coordinator
**OBJECTIVE**:Classify and record according to the corresponding financial information standards, the economic activities of the company in order to generate the necessary financial statements and reports, for decision making
**JOB SUMMARY**: Manage, facilitate and coordinate the methods, procedures, systems and tools for the technical development of work area.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Registration of all accounting operations of the company, in accordance with the corresponding NIF.
- Calculation and registration of Fix Asset and depreciation of the company.
- Determination of the monthly check balance.
- Debugging accounting accounts.
- Generation of accounting reports.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accounting account reconciliation against reports in the areas related to accounting accounts.
- Review of all AP of The company.
- Review on monthly basis expenses accounts and provisions.
- Prepare all information related with Mexican authorities (INEGI, SAT, Secretary of Economy).
- Review together with HR Department: IMSS, SAR & Infonavit provision, Payroll Provisions.
- Prepare Monthly & Annual Closing and attend External Auditors.
- Understand, apply, maintain the SST quality policy and the objectives of the SST management system.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the SST management system, including the benefits of an improvement in SST performance.
- Understand the implications and potential consequences of not complying with the requirements of the SST management system.
- Inform, investigate and take actions to determine and manage incidents and nonconformities.
- Continuously improve the convenience, adequacy and effectiveness of the SST management system.

- Strong Knowledge in: NIF knowledge, Fiscal Law, Contpaq, SAP, Office, English advanced,

**Experience**: At least two years in Tax area. Desirable: Previous experience in Automotive Industry.

**Position Tittle: Import / Export Specialist**
**OBJECTIVE**:
Ensure that the shipments adhere to customs regulations.
**JOB SUMMARY**:
Document shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Coordinate imports and exports of materials: such as raw materials, spare parts, finished products processing the necessary permits, certificates and documentation before the competent authority based on the government regulations provided in this regard.
- Integrate the files of each of the import and export operations carried out keeping the archiving of them as a requirement by law.




- Review the integration of expense accounts by the Customs Agents of each of the operations carried out verifying they are correct and documented, and make the corresponding payment requirement based on the negotiated agreements.
- Shipping and tracking of import purchase orders.
- Monitoring and control of the documentation of any process related to IMMEX operations. (import Export).
- IVA and IEPS certification.
- Analysis and administration of the program Annex 24.
- Understand, apply, maintain the SST quality policy and the objectives of the SST management system.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the SST management system, including the benefits of an improvement in SST performance.
