**Summary**: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Associate Product Manager (APM)** to join our product team focused on orthopedic bracing and support solutions. In this role, you will help shape the future of products that improve mobility, recovery, and quality of life for patients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including R&D;, clinical affairs, marketing, and sales—to bring innovative, clinically effective, and user-friendly orthopedic products to market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization for orthopedic braces, supports, and related medical devices.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer (VOC) interviews with clinicians, patients, and distributors.
- Assist in defining product requirements, clinical needs, and user experience goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and regulatory teams to ensure product designs meet clinical efficacy, safety, and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- Track product performance, gather feedback from field teams, and recommend improvements or new features.
- Help prepare product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
- Execute product listings on applicable websites and marketplaces.
- Participate in trade shows, clinical conferences, and customer visits to stay informed on industry trends and user needs.
Experiência y requisitos




**Minimum Basic Qualifications**:
- **Able to work in a TEMPORARY role.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, medical device development, or healthcare-related roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clinical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product development processes in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA Class I/II devices).
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative medical solutions.
- Valid USA VISA
- English proficiency: Advanced level.
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Experience working with orthopedic or rehabilitation products.
- Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, or physical therapy practices.
- Exposure to quality systems, regulatory submissions, or clinical evaluations.
