KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.
We are looking to hire two (2) Inside Sales Representatives in **Mexico City!**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Outbound calling
- Building rapport with customers
- Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
- Closing sales and achieving company quotas
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Staying informed about product and service information updates




- _**Minimum Qualifications**
- Ability to communicate at a high-level in both English and Spanish
- Must reside within 45 minutes of our Mexico City office
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Clear communication and active listening
- Working knowledge of various technology and software programs
- Excellent time management
- Microsoft 365 / Salesforce knowledge preferred
