**Job Summary**:
The Customer Quality Engineer Serves as the primary liaison between the company and the customers to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for effectively communicating customer concerns to internal team, driving timely resolution of quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer experience and product performance.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Advanced English level
- Valid visa laser
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to root cause analysis
- Advanced MS Office
- Experience with ISO 9001 or quality systems is a plus




- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
