**Your New Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Analyst Procure to Pay - Customer Care** to join our team. This role is responsible for providing world-class, proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
**Your New Accountabilities**
- Investigate and resolve complex issues, including missing payments, duplicate invoices, and purchase order discrepancies.
- Ensure all Procure to Pay (PTP)



inquiries are handled in compliance with company policies.
- Deliver support to global internal and external customers across various regions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new company codes, including testing and validation.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
- Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP and Ariba is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Adaptable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a global environment.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
