**Details**
- SAP MES/MII Consultant experience
- Consulting Experience for large SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Proficient in SAP ME site setups, shop floor execution & tracking; functional consultancy capability
- Experience in providing pragmatic ERP roadmap aimed at a step change
- Experience in Developing roadmap & business case and have leadership alignment
- Experience in implementing/roll-out SAP ERP at large client engagement/in a multi-geography environment
- Experience in analyzing and determining business requirements




- Managing the planning and execution of technology solutions
- Experience in Identifying value drivers
- Experience in determining potential hurdles/showstoppers and adjust hypothesis accordingly
**Years of Experience**
- Requires 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC configuration and testing activities, specifically in SAP MES/MII
- Multiple (over 2) SAP implementation full life-cycle experience
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA CS Configuration and testing experience
**Education and Certifications**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
**Skills**
- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, particularly Customer Service processes
- Solid analytical / problem solving skills
- Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
- Strong client service attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
