ZCC is looking for a **Senior Power Automate Developer**
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions
- Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and third-party APIs
- Build and maintain Power Apps to complement automation workflows
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring strategies for flows
- Optimize existing processes for performance, reusability, and scalability
- Participate in solution architecture and design discussions
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to users and team members
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are adhered to
- Stay up to date with Power Platform updates and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Automate (including advanced Cloud Flows and RPA)
- Strong proficiency with Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and PowerShell
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP actions
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug flows effectively
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Experience with custom connectors and AI Builder
- Knowledge of security roles, DLP policies, and environment management within Power Platform
- Prior experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, or enterprise integration
