Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiting professional with a strong track record of sourcing and attracting top talent? Do you have experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role, where you’ve not only hired great people, but influenced outcomes that have helped change the business? We are seeking a contractor to join our team for at least 6 months.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute our people growth plans for the business to meet current and future staffing needs across South America.
- Take accountability for full life cycle recruiting, this will be for volume and professional roles across all functions of our business.
- Keep up to date with market insights and trends.
**WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)**
- 1-3 years talent acquisition experience.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Experience using Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights as well as Phenom is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.




- Strong team player with ability to lead hiring campaigns across Latin America.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
