**The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups**:
- ** Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.**:
- ** Analyse sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.**:
- ** Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue**:
- ** Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.**:
- ** Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.**:
- ** Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.**:
- ** Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.**:
- ** Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.**:

**Education & Experience**:
- ** A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required**:
- ** 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus)**:
- ** Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.**:
**Skills**:
- ** Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.**:
- ** A versátil, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others.**:
