**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Handling**: Load, unload, sort, and move products manually or using pallet jacks and other tools.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Receiving & Inspection**: Receive inbound shipments, check quantities, and inspect product condition.
- **Stock Organization**:



Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse layout, ensuring stock is stored safely and accessibly.
- **Labeling & Documentation**: Label products and storage shelves, complete basic paperwork or digital logs as needed.
- **Shipping Support**: Assist in assembling shipments and preparing them for outbound logistics.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with warehouse leads, supervisors, and other team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- **Language Proficiency**: Good fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
**Qualifications Education & Certification**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or physical labor experience preferred (not required).
- **Reliability**: Punctual, dependable, and committed to consistent work quality.
- **Attention to Detail**: Able to follow instructions and handle inventory accurately.
- **Team-Oriented**: Willing to contribute to shared responsibilities and maintain a positive work environment.
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Warehouse operations, including inventory handling: 2 years (required)
