The Training Lead will support the Training Manager in designing, developing and delivering training curriculum, policies & procedures, and systems documentation for the Consumer Deposits support staff.
In this role, you will help shape Axos’s Consumer Banking Learning & Development strategy and policies. You will work with call center leadership, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Enhance and support the onboarding experience for all Consumer Deposit support
members, primarily within the Contact Center.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational and developmental
programs.
- Assess the outcomes of training programs to increase retention, proficiency, and
confidence among new hires. Aid in the creation and dissemination of communication
materials for new product launches and workflow updates.
- Contribute to the development of training curricula aimed at promoting brand awareness,
product knowledge, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining an internal knowledge base to ensure frontline staff
